Electrostatic Oil Cleaning Machine

VJ Engineering engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting a vast array of Electrostatic Oil Cleaning Machines. The range offered by us is manufactured using high quality components and spare parts that are sourced from Internationally well-known suppliers. These products are applauded for their outstanding performance and longer service life.

Features

  • Can remove contamination down to less than one micron, water, air & gases and lower oxidized molecules of oil from hydraulic oils
  • Can be installed permanently on any hydraulic power-pack as a by-pass oil cleaning unit
  • Can be installed with a pressure reducing valve taking oil inlet from the high pressure machine oil circuit or can be installed with a separate pump/motor to take out oil from the parent tank
  • Used as a mobile machine to clean oil in a number of machines
  • Fitted with pump/motor, pre-heater, vacuum pump etc to clean oil in the parent machine oil tank or outside it in drums or other reservoirs

Technical Feasibility

  • Machine filters cannot stop oil degradation by protecting its additives
  • Machine filters cannot remove trapped air from oil. In hydraulic systems, entrained air produces sponginess and loss of precision control due to the air’s compressibility
  • Machine filters cannot remove moisture. Water causes foaming in oils and reduces component life. It increases the rate of oxidation of the base oil
  • Machine filters cannot remove oxidized lighter weight molecules of oil. Further oxidation (of these initial by-products of oxidation) causes formation of sludge, varnish and lacquer
  • Machine filters cannot remove sludge, varnish and lacquer from oils. Once formed, varnish deposits on servo, proportional and other tight-clearance hydraulic valves result in sticking, which can slow or stop operation
  • Machine filters cannot remove contamination less than 10 microns whereas some critical components in hydraulic systems have clearances between 0.5 microns to 4 microns
