VJ Engineering has been appointed as Fox Environmental LLC's Authorized Representative / agent for Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei, for a range of solutions for prevention of stormwater pollution and recycling of waste water.
The Fox FX Series Oil water Solid Separators are designed to remove free floating hydrocarbons
like oil, diesel and hydraulic fluid as well as suspended solids from your waste water. Oil water
Separators are the minimum pre treatment system required by Council to treat waste water from
wash bays etc prior to discharge to trade waste. The Oil Separator tank, stand and lid are
manufactured from 304 Grade Stainless Steel, and covered by a 5 year warranty. For marine
applications the Separator can be supplied in 316 Grade Stainless Steel. All Fox Separators are
supplied on a mounting frame with individually adjustable legs to enable levelling on almost any
surface.
Fox Oil Water Separators are made from quality stainless steel and renowned for their durability and endurance. To ensure total performance, serviceability and discharge quality, Fox employ the use of Vertical Tube Pack (VTC) technology within all Oil Water Separator units as well as 100 micron Filter bags in 1000, 1500, and 3000 litre per hour units.
All Oil Water Separators are packaged to suit system and local authorities requirements, complete with pump, float switches and low voltage controllers. All Fox pump controllers are fitted with an RCD safety switch for optimum protection.
A Fox diaphragm pump will draw the waste water from the holding tank and deliver it to the
separator in a non-emulsified state. Waste waster enters the Separator via the inlet and passes
through the Vertical Tube Coalescing (VTC) pack. As oils are lighter than water gravity forces
them to the top of the separator. The water then continues under a baffle and through 100
micron filters before exiting the Separator to the sewer.
Control of the delivery pump is achieved by a Fox Low Voltage Controller operated by float
switches, operating in the underground collection tank. All floats are supplied with 10 metres of
cable. When the level in the collection tank lifts the float, the pump will start and continue to
operate until the level within the tank falls and the float switch de-activates. Various options are
available for the low voltage controllers to fulfil Local Council Trade Waste requirements including
high level alarms and hour run meters.
Fox Oil/Water Separators are available in standard sizes from 1000 to 15,000 l per hour and
custom systems can be manufactured to treat up to 250,000 l per hour.
