Product Range & Capacities

Description:

MLC-Series : These machines are highly efficient in removing both Solid Contaminants and Heavy Moisture in oil. These are fitted with Purifiers equipped with heating systems for removal of moisture contaminants. For fast and better results optional features Vacuum System (ADA), Magnetic Filters (MF), Line Filters (LF) may also be added to same machine.

Application Area:

These systems are suitable for Humid & Coastal work conditions like Shipping, Turbine, Steel Mill, Mining, Hydraulic Press, Quench Bath, Gear Box, SPM - CNCs where moisture is a major concern and high in quantity even upto 10% (1,00,00 PPM).

Description:

COC-Series : These machines are highly efficient in removing Solid Contaminants. These can also remove moisture from the oil efficiently but are not suitable for applications prone to Heavy Moisture / Water / Coolant mixing. The material used for Filtration is called EeCe or FG which can remove remove upto 0.25 micron particles efficiently.

Application Area:

These systems find applicability to clean Closed Circuit Hydraulic Systems, Thermopacks, CNCs, Solvents, Quench Bath, Fuels Oils - FO, LDO etc.
