In order to make lubrication improvements that deliver bottom-line results, we must understand our machines. Engineering Design delivers all the data to engineer an optimized lubrication program based on machine operating conditions, OEM recommendations and our Ascend methodology.
During this second phase of the Lubrication Program Development, Noria experts will survey all your lubricated assets onsite. From this data, we build dynamic lubrication procedures with a proactive maintenance mindset, seeking to eliminate root causes of machine failure and instill best practices in key areas of your program. We also provide recommendations for optimal lubricants and hardware.

Lubricant Recommendations
Using exact operating, environmental and OEM requirements, Noria experts will recommend optimal lubricants for your assets and goals, which may include consolidating lubricants when appropriate.
Hardware Recommendations
We will recommend the right lubrication hardware to enable better inspections, condition monitoring, contamination control, lubricant application and sampling activities—all aligned with your goals.
Data Manager
All of the asset engineering data collected by Noria experts is organized by location and asset hierarchical structure. Includes all lubricated components, maintenance points and asset images.
Dynamic Procedures
Keeping all lubrication procedures updated and optimized can be difficult, but with LubePM, all procedures are kept up to date automatically. Each procedure is dynamically modified any time lubricants, hardware or other conditions are changed. Procedures include inspections, relubrication, top-ups, lubricant sampling, lubricant changeouts, modification instructions, filtration and more.
Implementation Management and Metrics
Implementation of best practices does not occur overnight. As changes are implemented, LubePM provides approval processes for multiple users and numerous change status metric pages to monitor progress over time. As lubricants or hardware are updated across plant assets, you will be able to track progress and ensure that program updates stay on track.
