Terms and Condition of Training:

1. Registration & Fees Policy
   Registration is confirmed once registration form is received via email. All Payments /Undertaking Letters / Local Order (LO) / Letter of Approval must be made available and presented prior to the course. Full payment of the course fees required to be made at least one (1) of month prior to training date to secure the booking(s).
2. Cancellation Policy
   Any cancellation must be received in writing within 14 working days prior to the course else full payment will be imposed. Any no-show by registered delegates will be liable for full payment of the course fees.  Substitution of attendee is permitted, provided that the organizer is informed in writing at least 30 days prior to the training.
   3. Disclaimer & Program Changes Policy
   VJ Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or cancel the course due to circumstances beyond its
   control. We reserved the right to modify the advertised place or course date whenever necessary.

• Course Administration: To register your participation with Noria Corporation for the issuance of the Certificate of Attendance.

• Examination Registration: To submit your details to the International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) for certification examination processing.

• Internal Communications: To provide you with updates, news, and relevant information about our training programs and services.

2. Disclosure of Personal Data

Your personal data will only be shared with:

• Noria Corporation (United States) – for course registration and certification purposes.

• International Council for Machinery Lubrication (ICML) – for examination registration and processing.

No personal data will be disclosed to any other third party without your consent, unless required by law or regulatory authorities.

3. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Your Rights
