VJ Engineering is now a Certified Member of Global Partnership on Marine Litter (GPML), an UN Environment Programme

We are proud to announce that we are now a certified member of Global Partnership on Marine Litter (GPML) – an United Nations (UN) Environment Programme. The Global Partnership on Marine Litter (GPML) is a multi-stakeholder partnership that brings together all actors working to prevent marine litter and microplastics.
By providing a unique global platform to share knowledge and experience, partners are able to work together to create and advance solutions to this pressing global issue.
The GPML mission is to protect the global marine environment, human wellbeing and animal welfare by addressing the global problem of marine litter. Its objectives are :
- to facilitate cooperation, share relevant information on projects and initiatives
- to identify and address gaps and avoid duplication of effort, contribute to marine litter action plans at different levels
- reduce the leakage of plastics into the ocean, through improved design; the application of the reduction, reuse and recycling (3Rs) principle; the promotion of closed-loop systems and more circular production cycles; the maximization of resource efficiency and minimization of waste generation
We are very enthusiastic to be part of this this global movement and shall continue our part to contribute to educate, influence, revive, restore, maintain & protect the environment in all possible mean as well as providing solutions to the industries as well as general public on the solution to reduce the amount of trash productions, reduce the amount of plastics usages, reduce marine litters, solutions on disposal of schedule waste, solution on discharging clean water into sewage system and cleaning campaigns.
